I See Through You.

Dress: Thrifted
Purse: Thrifted
Shoes: Lulu's
Necklace: Vintage

Hello!
I hope everything is going well.
I have the habit of buying large tops and turning them into dresses. Such as, this dress that I am wearing . I stumbled upon it while I was browsing through the size large rack at Goodwill and I knew that it would make for a nice dress.
I absolutely love the sheer trend, no matter what others say about it. If styled correctly, it does not look trashy. I think that it is definitely one of my favorite trends to wear.

Rebirth.

Top: Target
Skirt: Handmade/DIY
Shoes: Charlotte Russe
Necklace: Flea market in Mexico
Bracelet: Vintage

Hello There!
I hope you all are having a good week.
This skirt was actually a Halloween costume that I wore last year. Its theme was Alice in Wonderland and I liked it a lot, but I never end up reusing costumes. So, after my friend Kate
( http://thefancifieds.blogspot.com/) suggested that I do something with it, I decided to make it into a skirt. I took off the top of the costume and I added the pink waistband.  I absolutely adore it with my new leopard print shoes.

By the way,
Here is a picture of the costume before I took it a part.

Bad Romance.

Vest: Thrifted
Top: Target
Pants: Forever 21
Shoes: Thrifted
Bow tie: Hand made

Hello peoples!
I have a huge obsession with bow ties, they are so awesome. No matter what you are wearing, you look so classy with one on.
I love doing jumping photos, but in this picture, it almost makes me look like I have the whole Lady Gaga claw thing going on.
Something like this.

I was in the middle before I knew that I had begun.

Me, totally doing some form of ancient kung fu.

    Top: Forever 21
Vest: Thrifted
Jeans: Thrifted
Shoes: Thrifted

I hardly ever wear jeans. I used to practically live in them, but for some reason I grew out of it. It probably has to do with the fact that I have a huge obsession with skirts now.

lately, I have been doing some online shopping, which I don't know why. I am not a very patient person and I have the habit of constantly checking up on my items. Even though, UPS keeps telling me that I have like five business days left until it arrives. I swear I am forming a syndrome from it.

This week, I have been re-watching a lot of Glee episodes. I completely forgot how much I love Emma Pillsbury.
Isn't she the cutest?

Thanks for reading,
I hope you are all having an awesome summer.

Tonight, Yeah Baby.

Top: Thrifted
Skirt: Custom made
Shoes: Thrifted.

The only problem that I have with summer vacation is that I can never go to bed at reasonable hour. No matter how hard I try, I always stay up way too late and it has become quite a problem. Several days ago, I ended up going to work at 7 a.m. without having slept at all. I blame the Internet.
Anyways.
I believe that the gold top is for large women, but I loved it too much to not buy it. So, until this photo shoot, I had been wearing the top as a dress and it worked very well. I would pair it with black tights and heels. I'll probably end up posting pictures in the near future.

Sookie.

Look Ma, no hands.

Dress: Thrifted
Sweater: Thrfited
Shoes: Thrfited
Socks: Claire's

It has been a while since I have last posted, but not much has been going on. I have just been enjoying my summer vacation.
This is a dress that my mom bought when she was scavenging some thrift stores. She thought I would like it because it looked like something Zooey Deschanel would wear. I have to agree with her, it totally makes me feel like I should have been cast in 500 Days of Summer.
The title of this post is in honor of the fourth season of True Blood. I love that show greatly, especially the very attractive actors. Cough* Alexander Skarsgard * cough.

By the way,

Thank you so much to everyone who has followed me and left comments, you guys are amazing.

Dancing On Fire.

                                                                          Top: Thrifted
                                                                          Jacket: Forever 21
                                                                          Dress: Handmade
                                                                          Socks: Claire's
                                                                          Shoes: Vintage

I have been feeling very girly recently and this is what I came up with. I absolutely adore these knee-high socks that I got from Claire's. I feel like I could spend a lot of money in the that store, especially on their tights and socks.

This is a dress that my mother had made me several years ago out of a large, gray T-shirt. I have moved a couple times in the last year and I unearthed it in one of the boxes that I had never opened. It is by far one of my favorite things in my closet.

Thanks for reading.

Welcome Home.

It looks as if I just Apparated

Blazer: Vintage
Top: Thrifted
Pants: Forever 21
Shoes: White Mt.

Lately, I have been thrifting more and more. There is something about thrifting that makes it much more satisfying than your average shopping. It probably has to do with the fact that when you thrift, you are taking something and making it your own. I tend to make up stories about those who used to own the clothes and I like to think that this blazer was owned by a rather charming banker.

This is my  favorite outfit that I have blogged. I love how the bright colors of the blazer and  secretary top look with the leopard print pants.
