Sookie.

Look Ma, no hands.

Dress: Thrifted
Sweater: Thrfited
Shoes: Thrfited
Socks: Claire's

It has been a while since I have last posted, but not much has been going on. I have just been enjoying my summer vacation.
This is a dress that my mom bought when she was scavenging some thrift stores. She thought I would like it because it looked like something Zooey Deschanel would wear. I have to agree with her, it totally makes me feel like I should have been cast in 500 Days of Summer.
The title of this post is in honor of the fourth season of True Blood. I love that show greatly, especially the very attractive actors. Cough* Alexander Skarsgard * cough.

By the way,

Thank you so much to everyone who has followed me and left comments, you guys are amazing.

Dancing On Fire.

                                                                          Top: Thrifted
                                                                          Jacket: Forever 21
                                                                          Dress: Handmade
                                                                          Socks: Claire's
                                                                          Shoes: Vintage

I have been feeling very girly recently and this is what I came up with. I absolutely adore these knee-high socks that I got from Claire's. I feel like I could spend a lot of money in the that store, especially on their tights and socks.

This is a dress that my mother had made me several years ago out of a large, gray T-shirt. I have moved a couple times in the last year and I unearthed it in one of the boxes that I had never opened. It is by far one of my favorite things in my closet.

Thanks for reading.

Welcome Home.

It looks as if I just Apparated

Blazer: Vintage
Top: Thrifted
Pants: Forever 21
Shoes: White Mt.

Lately, I have been thrifting more and more. There is something about thrifting that makes it much more satisfying than your average shopping. It probably has to do with the fact that when you thrift, you are taking something and making it your own. I tend to make up stories about those who used to own the clothes and I like to think that this blazer was owned by a rather charming banker.

This is my  favorite outfit that I have blogged. I love how the bright colors of the blazer and  secretary top look with the leopard print pants.
